- The bank holiday rate told on the phone
- Cleared in 50 minutes
- The root repair booked for January
50 minutes on site
With twelve coming for lunch, the Okonkwos' kitchen sink and the drain outside both backed up at nine on Christmas morning. Joe told them the bank holiday rate on the phone, was there by twenty to ten, and cleared tree roots from a joint with the drain machine in fifty minutes. The camera showed where the roots were getting in, and the repair was booked for January at the daytime rate.
