Who answers, how you know when we'll arrive, how the repair is priced, and what you're left with afterwards.
Watch us arrive
From the moment you call, you have your own page: who's coming, when they'll be at your door, and the price of the repair to accept on your phone. No app and no account.
A plumber picks up, asks what's happening, talks you through turning the water off and tells you the rate for the hour.
A text with your page: the plumber's name and photo, the van, and the time we'll be with you. If we're held up, it changes there first.
We find what's failed, and stop the water if it's still running.
The leak is stopped or capped, and your water and heating are back on wherever they safely can be.
The repair, itemised, to accept on your page before we start it. Nothing is added without your say-so.
Your invoice, the photos, and a leak report for your insurer if you need one, all kept on your page.

Call-outs
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends where you are and how busy the night is. Put your postcode in at the top of the page for a usual time, and we'll give you a real one on the phone and keep it up to date on your page.
Is there a call-out fee on top?
No. The first hour is the call-out: getting to you, finding the problem and making it safe are all in it. Then it's each half hour after that, and the parts.
Will you tell me the price before you come?
Yes. We tell you the rate for the hour on the phone before we set off, and price the repair on your phone before we start it.
What if I can't find my stop tap?
Call us. We'll talk you through where it usually is in your kind of home, and turn off the outside one when we arrive if we have to.
Do you charge more at weekends?
Weekend days are charged at the evening rate. Overnight, from 10pm to 8am, and bank holidays are charged at the overnight rate.
