Who it's for
- Landlords letting houses or flats with off-street parking
- Freeholders and residents' companies with a shared car park
- Flat owners wanting a charger at their own bay
What's included
- A survey of the car park and the building's supply
- One charger per bay, each billed to its own flat where that's needed
- Chargers that share the supply, so the building rarely needs an upgrade
- The landlord grant claimed for each charger
- Permission paperwork drafted for the freeholder or managing agent
How it goes
Survey
We look at the car park, the supply and where the cable can run, and send a written price per charger.
Permission
We draft what the freeholder or managing agent needs to say yes.
Installation
Usually a day or two, with the car park open around us.
Grants and handover
Each charger tested and certified, and every grant claimed.
Questions
Who pays for the electricity?
Each charger can bill its own user through its app, or run from a flat's own supply. We'll recommend the simpler one for your building.
Does the building need a bigger supply?
Rarely. The chargers share the supply and turn down when the building is busy, so a car park of chargers can usually run on the supply it has.
