More than a website

The site that prices the job, the CMS you run it from, the CRM every enquiry arrives in.

Manage your entire website

Change anything, then press Publish.

  • Every word on every page, any section switched off or back on, and every earlier version kept
  • Your standard price and every extra: the configurator, price list and comparison all follow
  • The chargers you fit: specifications, what each adds, which you lead with and why, and the maker's photo or yours
  • Each maker's own installed price beside yours, with a warning on your dashboard if yours is dearer
  • Each grant's share, its cap, its conditions and the date you checked it, or mark it closed
  • Your running-costs rates, and the days you fit, how many a day and the notice you need
  • Your status line, live at once: fitting as usual, a few dates left, fully booked or on holiday
The CMS's Prices screen: what the site says now for each service, and the estimator's starting price with what it covers.

Built-in CRM

Every enquiry arrives ready to price.

  • Each configurator answer on its own line, and why the site chose their charger when they asked it to
  • The price the site gave, any grant it took off, the price before it, and the link to their saved price
  • Their four photos, each labelled: fuse board, meter and main fuse, where the car parks, the route between
  • Free surveys booked at your published times, and a taken time never offered again
  • Stages in an installer's own words: photos checked, quoted, accepted, scheduled, installed, notified, complete
  • The paperwork for each installation with its due date: network operator, building control, certificate and grant claim
  • Landlords and agents: every property's charger and its yearly health check, with a reminder before each
A CRM record: a home charger enquiry with each configurator answer on its own line, the renters' grant, the price after the grant, and the four photos the customer sent.

From a price to the first charge

One connected journey: nothing asked twice.

  1. 1Finds you

The configurator first, with your registrations and reviews underneath.

  2. 2Prices their installation

Their postcode, seven questions, a charger chosen for them if they're unsure, and any grant, priced from your list, with your earliest fitting day.

  3. 3Sends four photos

Right from the price: their fuse board, meter, parking and route, each labelled, to fix the price in writing.

  4. 4Lands in your CRM

Every answer and photo, ready to check and quote.

  5. 5Follows the job

Their own page: where it's up to, who's coming, the price with the grant taken off, then the paperwork.

Price configurator

The price as they answer, from your own list

Their postcode first: whether you cover it, your earliest fitting day and an installation nearby. Then seven questions, with 'I'm not sure' where most people are. Each answer adds its extra from your price list, the grant comes off where it applies, and the price says fixed only when there's nothing left to check. They can save it, email it to themselves or print it, and come back to every answer.

The configurator: the postcode check and questions, with 'Not sure: choose one for me' chosen; beside it, £895 on a dark green card, the Ohme ePod recommended with its photo, and the earliest fitting day.

Chargers

The chargers you fit, and one chosen for them

Each charger as a product card with the maker's own photograph: its role, price fitted, five facts, why you'd choose it, and a button that prices the job with it. Not sure? Three questions (cable, solar, what matters most) and the site names one from your range, says why, and what a cheaper one would save. Your CRM records it.

The home page's chargers: four product cards, each with the maker's own photo and a role (Best value, Best all-rounder, Best for solar, Best design), the price fitted, five facts and Price it with this charger.

Grants

Grants worked out against each scheme's rules

A few questions decide which scheme applies: on-street, renters and flat owners, landlords, or workplaces. The grant is taken off the price in the configurator and on the customer's page, and each scheme shows its share, its cap, its conditions and the date you checked them.

The grant checker: what they're fitting, where the car charges and whose home it is, with the answer below and each scheme's terms.

Running costs

Home, public, petrol and diesel, side by side

A year's charging at home overnight, at the standard capped rate and at public rapid chargers, against the same miles in a petrol or diesel car. Visitors change the miles, their car's efficiency and any rate; you set the rates it starts from, with the date you checked them.

The running-costs calculator: miles a year and miles per kWh, and a year's cost overnight on an EV tariff, on the standard rate, at public rapid chargers, and in petrol and diesel cars.

Fixed price from photos

Four photos for a fixed price

Straight from the price: one tile each for the fuse board, the meter and main fuse, where the car parks and the route between, taken on their phone or chosen from their photos, with a drawn example of each. They arrive labelled in your CRM with every answer. Or they book a free survey at one of your published times.

The photo form opened from the price: Lock in £895, four upload tiles for the fuse board, the meter and main fuse, where the car parks and the route between, each with an example, then name, mobile, email and postcode.

Job pages

A private page for every customer

Where the job is up to, the next visit and who's coming, your written price with any grant as a line taken off, accepted in their own name. Then extra work to agree, payments, messages both ways, and the certificate and guarantee when it's done.

A customer's private job page: where the installation is up to, the next visit and who's coming, and the written price with the renters' grant taken off as a line.

The paperwork

Every notice tracked to its deadline

Put in the day it was fitted, and the certificate, the network operator and building control notices and any grant claim each get a due date. Anything due this week or overdue is on your dashboard, and the customer's page ticks each one off.

The paperwork on a CRM record: the day the charger was fitted, then the certificate, network operator and building control notices, each with its due date and status.

Landlords

Charger health checks for landlords and agents

Each landlord or agent gets a private page: every property, its last check, what's due, the report, any remedial work and the invoice. They book a check, add a property or download the list, and they're emailed before each charger is due.

A landlord's private page: three properties, each with its last charger health check, its status and a button to book.

Seventeen kinds of page

Organised around what a driver needs to decide.

Questions

Straight answers.

What exactly do I get for £449?

The whole system on your own Vercel account: the website with its price configurator, charger comparison, grant checker and running-costs calculator; your own CMS for every word, photo, price, charger and grant; your own CRM for every enquiry with its answers and photos; and private pages for each customer and each landlord. We install it and connect your domain; you add your content.

When do I pay?

After it's installed and you've logged in and seen it working. Ordering is free, and there's nothing to pay until then.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You'll create a Vercel account (we'll show you how) and have your domain to hand. Everything after that is done in your CMS: typing, uploading photos and pressing Publish.

Where do the configurator's prices come from?

Your Prices screen: your standard installation, what each answer adds, your extras and what each charger adds. Change a price there and the configurator, price list, comparison and grant checker all follow. Answers that mean you must see the job say so and offer a free survey instead of a fixed price.

Can I choose which chargers I offer?

Yes. The demo shows six from Ohme, Hypervolt, myenergi and Andersen, with each maker's own product photograph, which your site comes with. In your CMS you set the make, model, specifications, warranty and what each adds to your price, which you lead with, stop offering one or add your own, and replace any photo with your own.

What if a maker sells a charger fitted for less than I do?

Keep the maker's own installed price beside yours on your Prices screen, with the date you saw it. If yours is dearer, your Prices screen and dashboard say by how much, so you can change it before a customer notices. It's never shown on your site.

What happens when a grant scheme changes?

Change its share, its cap or its conditions on your Prices screen, with the date you checked. When a scheme ends, mark it closed and it comes off your site, your grant checker and your configurator.

How does it know when I can fit?

You set the days you fit, how many fittings a day and the notice you need. Your site shows the next free fitting days beside every price, and a day is full once that many fittings are booked on customers' job pages.

Will my site go live with your sample jobs and reviews?

No. Anything the template made up, its installations, reviews, team and figures, is never shown on your site. A launch checklist in your CMS shows what's left to add, and search engines are asked not to list your site until you press Launch.

Does it have to look like Wharfe EV?

No. Wharfe EV is a fictional installer with computer-generated photographs, made to demonstrate the system. Your site uses your words, photos, prices and chargers, and any section you don't need can be switched off.

Can you do it all for me instead?

Yes. The managed plan starts at £99 a month: we build it with your content, host it and look after it, and you still get the CMS and CRM.
