What cookies are

The cookies we use

Our website is built to use the minimum necessary.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include:
• sign-in and session cookies for the client portal, business tools and admin area (set by our authentication provider, Supabase), which keep you securely logged in;
• security and load-balancing cookies set by our hosting provider (Vercel).

These do not require consent because the site cannot provide the service you have asked for without them. They are not used for advertising.

Analytics cookies

These are optional and are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner. They help us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. They are never used for advertising.

• Google Analytics 4 (cookies beginning "_ga"), which measures visits, pages viewed and actions such as starting an enquiry. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not enable Google advertising features.
• Microsoft Clarity (cookies "_clck" and "_clsk"), which records anonymised usage patterns, such as where visitors click and how far they scroll, so we can find parts of the site that are confusing.

If you reject analytics, these scripts are not loaded at all. If you accept and later change your mind, choose Cookie settings in the footer: we stop analytics and delete the cookies listed above.

Marketing cookies

We do not set advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Your choices

When you first visit, our banner asks whether you accept optional analytics cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing optional is set unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Cookies on client websites

If we build and host a website for a client, any cookies on that client's website are the responsibility of that client, who is the controller for their own site. We can provide guidance, but each client is responsible for their own cookie notice and consent mechanism.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the portal or tools from working.
