Questions

Can you work to our consultant's design?

Yes, most fit-outs are tendered against a consultant's drawings and specification. We can also take on design responsibility for design-and-build packages, covered by our professional indemnity insurance.

Do you work as a subcontractor to a main contractor?

Yes. About half our fit-out work is for main contractors, under JCT or NEC subcontracts, and the rest direct for occupiers and landlords.
