The client portal

Does the portal cost extra?

No. Every maintenance client and every project client gets one, for as long as they work with us.

Can our landlord or insurer see it?

Each building has its own page with its certificates and reports, which you can share without showing them the rest of your estate.

Can you load our existing certificates?

Yes. When we take over an estate we add your current certificates and dates, so the calendar starts from where you are.
