Questions

Maintenance contracts

Can you take over from our current contractor?

Yes. We survey each building first so the schedule starts from what's actually there, and we import your existing certificates into your portal.

What happens out of hours?

Contract clients have a 24-hour number answered by our own engineers, with a response time written into the contract.

How are remedials priced?

Item by item in your portal, against the condition report. Nothing is done until you approve it, unless it's a C1 danger we make safe on the spot.
