Marlow & Reed Electrical

An electrical contractor that plans before it builds

Commercial electrical contractors in Trafford Park since 2009, directly employed and NICEIC approved.

About us

Started by two engineers in 2009

Still run by them, with everyone on site directly employed.

Two engineers started the firm in Trafford Park in 2009, after fifteen years each with national contractors. They wanted a firm that plans the job properly before anyone arrives on site, and that clients can hold to its word. Most of what we do happens in buildings that cannot close, so the containment goes in behind hoarding, isolations are planned around your operating hours, and testing happens at night or at weekends because it has to. Everyone who works on your building is employed by us, trained by us and carries an ECS card.

  • One named project manager from the site visit to handover
  • Everyone on site directly employed and ECS carded
  • Every installation checked by a second engineer before it's certified
