How it goes
Survey
We walk the house with you, agree where every socket and light goes, and send a written price.
First fix
Floorboards up, walls chased, new cable run to every point. The messy part: dust sheets everywhere.
Second fix
Sockets, switches and lights fitted once the plastering is done.
Testing and handover
Every circuit tested, the certificate issued, and a walk round so you know where everything is.
Questions
Can we live in the house during a rewire?
Yes, and many people do. We work room by room and restore power every evening. It takes a little longer and costs a little more, and the estimator allows for it.
Do you do the plastering?
We fill the chases so they're ready for a plasterer, or we can arrange the making good with the plasterer we've worked with for years.
