Who needs one
- Landlords, by the date on the last report and at least every five years
- Buyers of an older house, before they commit
- Anyone whose wiring is over 25 years old

Questions
What happens if it fails?
Anything coded C1 is made safe before we leave. In a rental, C2 and FI items must be put right within 28 days, or sooner if the report says so; we'll send you a written price for them the same day, and the paperwork to show they're done.
