James's condition report came back with a C2 against the old board in the cellar: a cracked cover and a mix of mismatched breakers. We replaced it with a 10-way RCBO board with surge protection in a day, kept his fridge and freezer running from a temporary supply, and labelled every circuit in plain English. Testing found one borrowed neutral, which we priced and fixed with his say-so before we left.
