- ✓You own your domain, logo, photos and content. We retain our reusable code and framework unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- ✓Leaving early: on the monthly plan, businesses may owe a Build Recovery Amount; pay upfront and there's none. Consumers keep statutory cancellation rights.

Is there really no upfront cost?+
On the monthly plan, yes, no fee to design or build your site, and nothing to pay during the mockup or build. The build cost is spread across your monthly plan over the 12-month term.
What's included each month?+
Hosting, security, updates, support time and local SEO, everything to keep the site live and working. No VAT is charged on top.
Can I pay upfront instead?+
Yes, pay for the year upfront and save 20%. Either way, after the first 12 months it drops to a low monthly maintenance fee.
Why is there a 12-month term?+
Because there's no upfront build fee, the build cost is recovered across the first 12 months. After that it's rolling monthly, cancellable on 30 days' notice.
Do I own my website and domain?+
You own all your content and your domain. The site is built on my reusable framework, which stays mine, and you're licensed to use it while your plan is active.
How quickly can it be live?+
Once I've got your photos and a bit of info, most sites are ready to review within a week, and you see a free mockup of your homepage before you commit to anything.
