- ✓After the first 12 months your plan drops to a low monthly maintenance fee, £49 Starter, £79 Pro, £99 Performance, to keep your site live, hosted, updated and supported.
- ✓12-month minimum term. After that it's rolling monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- ✓Billing starts when your site is approved or ready to go live, not while it's being built.
- ✓Every plan includes your own site editor, Performance unlocks the full editor (colours, branding, new sections) plus the branded quote tool.
- ✓Not included on any plan: paid plugins, business email inboxes, ad spend, copywriting, photography or special integrations, quoted separately if you want them.
- ✓You own your domain, logo, photos and content. We retain our reusable code and framework unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- ✓Leaving early: on the monthly plan, businesses may owe a Build Recovery Amount; pay upfront and there's none. Consumers keep statutory cancellation rights.

How quickly can it be live?+
Once I've got your photos and a bit of info, most sites are ready to review within a week, and you see a free mockup of your homepage before you commit to anything.
